In an OK! photoshoot Spears left a bill of over �10,000. She left the shoot with designer items and also damaged a number of goods � she let her dog soil a Zac Posen dress. During the shoot the star was said to be babbling incoherently. The star was said to be completely out of it. What do you think? How has Britney ended up in this state?
