is eating jelly (low sugar) of ANY benefit?
6 Answers
I am craving jelly at the moment so eat the low sugar variety. I recall when I was little, my Nanna said it would make my hair and nails grow strong. Now obviously I don't believe this but it did make me wonder...does jelly have ANY benefits whatsoever?

Certainly, gelatin has been recommended for over 100 years as a way of improving brittle nails and hair. But some say they've tried it and it doesn't work for them. More recently it's been said that it helps ease athletes' joint pains, though medical people scoff at this. (They would, wouldn't they?)
