Is juice okay for breakfast?

Hi folks. I'm trying to make my diet a bit healthier, and I'm struggling with breakfast. I just cannot stomach it, and cannot even get through a small bowl of cereal! I've recently been given a juicing machine, and was wondering if a juice-based breakfast (fruit and veg) would be considered substantial enough?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I would think that fruit for breakfast (in whatever form, but preferably not too processed, it's good roughage and fills you up more than a juice would) is far far better than no breakfast at all ! Make sure it's fruit and veg that you actually like or you'll end up not eating that either, but then reach for the naughty snacks mid morning, which sort of defeats the whole purpose of having breakfast....
