What's the best temperature to cook a apple tart? Would the same apply to a rhubarb tart?

Really depends on size of the tart, but I would cook at 180 C (160C fan oven) for 30 mins. Don't know what gas mark that is, sorry. Same time for both. Very jealous I love rhubarb.
