if you live in london or ever go there there a a couple of places. the japan centre on picadilly circus and there a a couple of japanese shops on brewer st in soho (the one called 'rice wine shop' is the best and cheapest). otherwise most areas have a sort of oriental supermarket - try in there? good luck!
