Still trying to work out what the question is, but if you want the common name for Potassium Hydrogentartrate, it's CREAM OF TARTAR.
Further to calibrax, known as 'wine jewels' in some good white wines, shows as what looks like tiny shards of glass in the bottle, in red wines are stained red and form part of the sediment. Mass market wines remove them first by chilling the wine so they precipitate. Harmless.
