Frosted Mini Wheats - after I let them get soggy - I don't like them while they are crispy :)

Used to love crunchy nut cornflakes. Especially with melty ice cream.

Read the Which report which basically tells you anything but porridge, shredded wheat or weetabix is jam packed full with either salt, fat or suger.

Just gonna eat fruit in the mornings now! :-(

Special K - but toast when I go and stay at mum's as I can never make it as lovely as she does!

Unfortunately most of the tasty cereals are loaded with sugar so I have to stick to fruit n fibre which still has sugar but at least the wholewheat flakes compromise a bit. Otherwise no salt no sugar muesli with skimmed milk!
