Try having porridge or scrambled eggs for breakfast then salad/soup for lunch...dont eat meat only fish and then have veg and fish for dinner. If you're hungry munch on apples, pears etc try to avoid bananas unless it�s first thing in the morning. Try not to eat after 8.30pm and opt for a lighter dinner eat more at the start of the day then you have all day to burn it off.
Make your food look attractive then you'll want to eat it and enjoy it far more. If you need a dressing on the salad use squeezed lemon with black pepper and try to avoid salt. Also if you want anything like mayo make your own -

it�s not the best food to be eating on a diet but try to eliminate processed foods from your diet so where to can make your own!
Also try to reduce your carbohydrate in take, don�t avoid carbs completely you need them to function! So reduce the amount of white bread, pasta, rice, potatoes (jackets esp) you eat. If you're going to be working out add more protein to the diet so prawns, eggs, fish etc you'll have more energy and it will benefit you if you do any resistant training (weights)
Also cut out the amount of wheat you're eating adopt a gluten free diet -

Try drinking green tea...and don�t put sugar in it! Avoid coffee and generally caffeine drinks fuelled drinks. Obviously cut out coke and fizzy drinks although if you're craving some fizz try soda water it has 0 calories! And jazz it p with ice and lime if you do fancy an alcohol bever
