i'm actually on it at the moment. i'm on my 4th week, had a week or so of break inbetween 3rd and 4th. i'd say this is the diet that got me back into the gym because i started to feel better about my image after the first week.
i lost 7lb in the first week (im not as overweight as the diet said to be targeting). my manager (who gotten me onto the diet) lost 15lb in the first week, she's also on it for 4 weeks now, totally lost 30+lb. she is a much bigger woman than i am, and much more strict on the diet. after the first week her face, neck and pant size was dramatically changed. she's in her old old old uniform pants that she couldn't wore for at least 10 yrs. so kudos to her. our boss is starting this week, so is many others.
this diet seems to have imbalance nutrition, but in truth, first day with only fruits and soup you can still eat some lintles to add in the vegetable proteins. 2nd day with only soup and vegetables you can add lintels, fruit juice to balance things out. and its similar to all the other day. to me the key is to not over eat, not eat greesy fatening (fast) food, eat healthy and in smaller portion. so i do like it. i've found to have less appetite, more conscious to what i put into my body and how much. i think its a good diet to start on the healthier life. thats just my experience.
