Here in the U.S., there are regional coloquialisms re: preparing eggs, but, generally, over-easy means to turn the eggs only once and finish when the yolks are still runny. Over-hard, is the same thing but with the yolks cooked through and of course, sunny side up... eggs not turned at all with the yolks runny... the order to the cook is to be Quiche about it! You get only one answer, so omelet you off easy this time, get the frittata here.... That's it! I call an eggs ban edict....
