Have spent last 2 years removing wallpaper which seemed super glued to walls all over house. You don't say if wall is papered or painted. If painted the best way is pick off as much as you can then use one of those sponges that are coated with 'sandpaper' you can get them in any hardware shop. gently rub over the area until the surface is smooth. you may need to touch up with paint. If its wall paper you can try the above but extra carefully or as super glue is like the glue used for attaching acrylic finger nail try soaking the area with a bit of nail varnish remover should soften it. test somewhere it doesnt show first though.
I guess that was some party you had then!?!
If you use a very sharp knife & do long slice marks over the walls first, then soak each bit you're going to scrape, the water seeps under the sliced bits making it much easier to scrape off - eventually! Good luck.
unless you remove the small piece of papaer super glued to the wall with a sledge hammer the wall won't get damaged.......or did you mean without damaging the wallpaper?
