What sort of dishes would you expect to see on the menu of an upmarket traditional French restaurant, or even better if anyone has eaten at Gaby's in Sofitel New York could they recall some of the dishes?

By the way, here's a menu from a more typically French restaurant in midtown Manhattan... Good food and not terribly expensive (especially with the exchange rate with the British Pound)
