Yes it will.

Yes it will but they will all sink to the bottom. If you want them say in the middle of the container than you would need to pour half the jelly into the container then freeze it for say 45 mins or so until its set. Then put in the grapes then the rest of the jelly then stick it in the fridge!
Yes, grapes will be fine. But whatever you do, don't try and make jelly with pineapple in it. It contains certain enzymes which react and prevent the jelly from setting. I once tried to remake a fruit salad jelly three times, ending in successive failures before I finally learned this bitter lesson.
