Its true -you only get what you pay for.

I was in Perth yesterday with my daughter and I decided i would go in to Markies Foodhall -havent been for ages -been on a diet for 4 months so wanted something different.

Well -despite the fact i have lived on basically chicken and fruit -I have just opened a punnet of their fresh fruit salad and its almost orgasmic -its firm and fresh and uber delish.

Just thought i'd share that with you- as a fresh strawberry is currently getting the works dans ma bouche -ooo la la !!!!

Yes you do. Cheap food usually contains more sugar, salt, additives and binding agents. Fresh organic fruit and veg tastes a whole lot better because it hasn't been zapped with a stack of pesticides. It's each to their own, but if you pay a bit more, you usually get better stuff.
