Huevos a la flamenca

I have a recipe for anyone here who's stuck for ideas. It's called huevos a la flamenca. You will need eggs, onion, potato, chorizo, canned red peppers, spanish ham and a good tomato sauce (not from jar). You will also need an oven. There you go. Simple yet tasty!

Yes whiffey you will need one small deep dish (like the tapas style ones) per person. Here is an example of it:
