DEFINATELY worth getting. However i go through fases of using them as it takes around 15-20 minutes to make a juice (including cleaning juicer afterwards). I.e to have one in the morning u really need to get up early. You can also take the waste and smear it all over tour girlfriends body and lick it off
Petal, I have a juicer. When I first got it I used to use it all the time, juicing away! But the amount of fruit I had to buy to get a decent glass of juice was ridiculous!!
And if anyone used it, it was always left to me to wash the damn thing up!!
Now it does not get used at all, unless I have a load of old uneaten fruit!!
My mum has a juicer and after using it with her a couple of times I bought myself a smoothie maker and would recommend this rather than a juicer.
You blend all the fruit in it rather than separating the juice and the pulp and throwing the pulp out. It is also more versatile, you can use bananas, frozen fruit, yoghurt, frozen yoghurt and ice cream in them which you can't do with juicers
funnygirl, that was what I was wondering about really. The amount of fruit you would need. I think maybe the juicer would end up collecting dust, along with my breadmaker!
gravy, thanks. But the pulp bit..... not really my thing!
