Depends who it's for Whif - a make your own taco's kit from most supermarkets is quick and makes a nice change.
Fry off mince with a little onion, add the seasoning pack.
Warm the tacos in the oven and put dishes sour cream, salsa and sliced lettuce on the table and construct your own. Kids love em and adults quite like em too.
Or another quick (I'm an expert at quick!) recipe, buy a packet of ready made ready rolled puff pastry. Fry chopped onion and mince, grate in 2 carrots and one courgette, stock cube and a little water and lea & perrins, simmer, thicken if necessary. Transfer to an oven proff dish, top with pastry, pop in oven about 25 mins, lovely minced beef pie, serve with whatever you want.
Or even quicker if good quality mince and you don't mind the risk of food poisoning, Steal Tartare; season mince well
form into patties, make a dent in the top break open raw egg and put in dent, serve.
Hope this helps.
Oh minced steak is just that, minced steak, minced beef is minced trimming leftover ones all the other cuts have been taken from the beef carcass - I know this as I once had to joint a whole side of beef for a catering exam and you got bonus marks for the quality of your mince!
