Calling all Delia Smith fans.

Can anyone help converting Delia's Creole xmas cake from 8 inch to 11 inch. I obviously have the conversions for a normal rich fruit cake, but the Creole is a different thing altogether, particularly the pre-soaking ingredients.

It is square, but for this one too late, I have made said cake using the quantities for fruit cake, did not come out to well either.
