Go Jet-Skiing. Its excellent, i went for my 20th and had a great time, not too expensive either. Then after go for a couple of jars(naturally).

Midnight picnic, with loads of candles in a beautiful location...also lots of friends, alcohol & chocolate cake...ooh get some fireworks too. Yaay, can I come? Oh...I'm not 18....bah

Cider Farm/Brewery trip? Then barbecue with bouncy castle, bungee runnning and flywall jumping. The only downside is a practically guaranteed vomitfest.
