To peel or not tp peel!

I have a carrot in my lunch box unpeeled. Is it ok to wash it then eat it or wait till get home, peel then eat?

Never peeled a carrot...or a mushroom come to think of it in my life

if they are that dangerous i wouldnt take any chances!

Just rinse it and eat it ! Don't bother peeling it. All the nutrients are in the skin. I never peel them.
