Well I know they do mushroom fu yung so why would they do egg fu yung, surely thats an egg omlette???

more like an omelette than scrambled eggs, i like the sauce that goes with it, i usually have king prawn and it has spring onions and beansprouts in with the egg

plain foo yung is just egg, nothing in it, special foo yung has all sorts in it, onion, peas, meat, prawns, etc etc......
i really like it and although it is effectively an omelette, it just tastes so much nicer ! egg foo yung is really just a description of a plain foo yung.
