Hi dondons,

I would fry instead of grilling. Grilling will make it crispy but a bit dry for my liking.
I would fry it in a non-stick pan on a high heat. Don't use any oil and that will encourage the crispyness.
Just thinking about crispy bacon is making me so hungry - thats my lunch decided!
i put my bacon (ideally streaky) on a hot baking sheet and pop in a hot oven for about 10 mins - turning once, great thing about this method and this will depend on the size of your baking tray but you can do the whole packet in one go - yum yum!!
If you start off frying it on a low heat a lot of the fat comes out of it and then put the temp up a bit an fry it til its crispy.
