Do any members have a recipe for a little salt meat gravy. I cannot stand Bovril,Oxo,Knorr etc since having heart bypass surgery

(The only problem with that recipe is I'm not too sure where you get 'Low Sodium Beef Bouillon'. Maybe a health food shop?).
