Are they as hot as they say or is it just a marketing ploy?

If Dave`s Insanity Sauce, albeit the special edition version, is going to use them they must be very special. My local social club darts team had a very nasty (& potentially dangerous) habit of putting a bottle of Dave`s Insanity sauce next to bottles of ketchup & brown sauce with the post match bangers & chips. I saw plenty of big geezers with tears running down their faces running to stick their mouths under the cold tap in the gents. I believe this only makes things worse, I`ve read that oil is the best remedy for seared mouth. I used to demonstrate how hot this stuff was by putting a trace on the end of a toothpick & inviting people to try it. I`m totally addicted to it - no other bottled chilli sauce tastes as good to me.
