Hi - anyone know how to disguise the taste of pepper in food - just made some mince and it possibly tastes a bit too peppery and wondering if there is something I can add to counter-balance the taste? Thanks

a piece of chocolate, the south americans use it to counteract their chilli, or a teaspoon of sugar would do the job
