Im dangerously addicted to cheese!
It makes up atleast 50% of my diet!
Even when my fella made me chicken in black bean sauce with noodles, he had to put grated cheese on top for me!!
I dont like Stinky Blue cheeses or cheese with fruit in, but I'll happily eat/try any other cheese!
My mum was told a few months back she has very high cholesterol, and she ate alot of cheese, so although I'm only 20, im thinking I should go to the drs and ask them to check mine!

wiggal good to get your cholesterol checked

my fav is sant agure blue cheese (soft blue cheese) mmmm
I just love any type of cheese.
Apart from a really good mature cheddar, I adore Smoked Applewood (but not the nasty Asda variety).... it's one of the tastiest cheeses for sauces and gratins.
The stronger the better for me.

My particular favourite is St Agur - the mould is green! - but would happily eat any of it.

In fact I had breaded camembert with cranberry jelly as a little side dish to my main meal tonight. Love the stuff!
I love garlic and herb cheeses! mmmmm!

And is it just me, or does grated cheese taste better then slices?!

My fave snack is lighrt cracker breads (wheat free although im not on wheat free anymore! I just adore them!) with cream cheese on and then a slice of cheddar! Or with Pate and a slice of cheddar!
Blue,blue,blue!!!......Dolcelatte,Roquefort,Shropshire,Stilton....all the stronger the better. But I have to avoid it...otherwise I would just sit in front of the telly scooping cheese into my mouth!!
Brie... I love brie... Preferably with pickled onions.

Although I'm tempted to try the pasta dish you've suggested. Sounds good!
Blue cheese makes me want to vomit! I can't see the attraction, it just tastes mouldy to me...

Saying that I'm not really keen on any cheese. I do like garlic roule and brie but I very rarely buy cheese and it wouldn't bother me if I never had any ever again.
my fave cheese has got to be red leiscter, i cant and will not eat any other cheese, i hate mouldy blue cheese, i used to like feta cheese bt gone off it. i cant stand cheddar either

I must admit I am not a cheese lover.
When I see people pick up a square and pop it into their mouths, yuk!!

But I like parmesan on my spag bol and I like macaroni cheese and cheese on toast, but just cannot eat the stuff on it's own.
i'm a cheese lover, my new fave is from M&s its called cornish crunch, if you love storng cheddar try it...
mary try Comte, it is a delicious nutty flavoured hard cheese from France. I used to put it on ryvita and slam it in the microwave but I got a bit addicted..
I like cheese but not the smelly kind.If it smells like sweaty socks, I cannot put it in my mouth. You might think I'm boring but I only like mild creamy light coloured cheese but I still haven't found one that I could eat lots of.
All cheese - have never come across one that I didn't like! My mum-in-law made up a hamper for me at Christmas - of cheese! Marvellous!
Caciocavallo Podolico. I always seek this out when I'm on business in Italy.
Feta & Port Salut.
Kinderton Goats cheese in Ash
