It wasn't a beer it was Cresta, a range of fizzy fruit drinks, I think they had a polar bear as the character saying the slogan.

Tasted of bicarbonate of soda...it was gross. No wonder it isn't produced any more. The polar bear was great though. That low pitched giggle after the "It's frothy, man" was memorable for sure.
