How many calories are there in a mug of tea with milk but no sugar please? Also, is there a limit of how much tea you should drink a day?

your not liking the caffeine - some people are really sensitive to it - if you like to drink lots of tea look out for "red bush" tea - used to be the preserve of the health food shops but you can get it in tescos now i believe - it tastes and looks like normal tea but has no caffeine in it - so go crazy pigface and have that 3rd cup (",)
