fresh tomatotoes - diced
fresh coriander chopped
Red onion - finely chopped
Mango - diced
Prawns
Fresh red chilli - finely chopped
salt
pepper
lemon juice - to taste
pinch sugar
little olive oil
mix all of the above and serve with main meal or as a starter with some crusty bread - do not use seafood sauce but try maybe a little and see if you like the combination
