I'm sick of cereal every morning. But I'd like some suggestions that follow the following points:

No cooking involved

No bread Something that can be stored in the cupboard and doesn't have to be bought fresh often (e.g. fruit)

Low in calories

Thank you!

You don't ask much do you? What about oatcakes and hummus? Yoghurt with muesli? Ham, cheese and crispbread?
Why not try tinned fruit (in juice not syrup).
Sounds..........Lovely?
I often have a banana & yoghurt.
One of those Special K cereal bars? I can't think of anything worse but each to their own!
Smudge, did you say that for my benefit?
Cold Weight Watchers baked beans?
a cold tin of rice pudding topped with a spoonfull of homemade jam!lovely.
Make a load of flapjacks with dried fruit in them - will keep all week (zero preparation in the AM) and will provide you with sugar, complex carbs and fibre. Not necessarily low in calories though.
I make my own muesli a la Carol Vorderman. I make it on a Sunday and it last all week. It's tasty and healthy.
I know its still cereal but get one of those packs of frozen fruit berries put a portion in a bag to melt overnight and add to some muesli mixed with a bit of boiling water

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I went with OatsoSimple... it's a less milky option and I think I'm hooked (for now) :)
Like Haggisdj, I make my own museli every morning - oats, raisins, chopped hazlenuts and sunflower seeds. Its cheap and tastier than bought museli and unlike bought museli it does not contain those mysterious bits that have the texture of floor-sweepings and gravel.
I often soak dried prunes and apricots in water overnight and have those with some almonds thrown in
