What is the best sweet wine, like sauternes, made in Australia, and which is reasonably priced?

Although not a Sauternes (because it is not from Sauternes in France) the Brown Brother's Orange Muscat is pretty good. Bottle is somewhere around 6 quid depending upon where you buy it... but remember a "bottle" of dessert wine is half a bottle of regular wine.
If you stretch Australia out to to NZ then Allan Scott does an absolutly fantastic Late Harvest Chardonnay. That being said it is highly unlikely you will be able to get it in this country again for love or money... more's the pity
Not quite the same thing, but Australia does some wonderful liqueur muscat wines - Majestic stock a couple, Bullers, and another which escapes me at the moment. Also Rutherglen are very good, Oddbins have them I think.
i love rosemount estate (yellow label) wine, it is a bit pricey at �7 odd a bottle but lovely creamy flavour
