does anyone out there have a recipe for "cheese" it is made from fruit and is like very thick jam that can be cut up?

There are recipes for lemon cheese on Google.I suppose you could make orange cheese in the same way,

Cheese which you have with roast goose ..
it's really a thick preserve ..you spoon it
on to the plate ..
