I've got some powdered gelatine and would like to experiment with it, so come on Abers, I need your help (yet again - what would I do without you?)
Can you give me some recipes either sweet or savoury please.

Have a nice weekend all, we need the sunshine back.... Grrrr

How about my own invention - Coffee & Baileys jellies.

Make up a jug of strongish black coffee & sweeten to taste. Allow to cool until it's tepid & then add as much Bailey's as you like. Make up the gelatine as per the pack, add to the coffee/Baileys mix. Pour into individual dishes (I put mine into large shot glasses) and chill in the fridge overnight.
Just before serving you can add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle on some cocoa/powdered chocolate.

I haven't done it yet but I'm going to try it with a coffee/Tia Maria mixture.
You could blind bake a pastry case then put some fruit in like tinned peaches then put the gelatine (made up) over and leave to cool for a lovely summery fruit flan.

Gorgeous with single cream.
Just had a google and found these...
