Has anyone got a recipe for these. I can't eat garlic. We are hoping to barbecue them on Monday...well I can dream!

For the sauce, mix together

2 parts tomato ketchup
1 part soy sauce
1 part soft brown sugar
1 part golden syrup

Then you can add garlic, lime juice, ginger, chilli or anything else you fancy....or just leave it as it is.

Sauce

4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
3 tablespoons of fruity brown sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of worcester sauce

Boil the ribs to remove any scum. Drain well and cover with sauce. Put in oven, covered with foil and cook for about 40 mins. Put on BBQ as required.
Worcester sauce above contains garlic i do believe if you have an allergy.

I shall certainly have a bash with that sauce "i love snow"

Thanks everyone...now I just need it not to rain tomorrow.XX
Make the sauce up now and pour over the ribs before putting in the fridge to marinade overnight. They'll be great whether it rains or not!
As above and i always save a bit for when the ribs or chicken is on the BBQ and i keep brushing the sauce over the meat when cooking....makes it all nice and sticky
