I make them in the microwave all the time. I find they stick to my pans if i did it on the hob. You just have to be careful as the microwave will overcook very quickly, i like mine runny!
add a drop of milk and do it in 30 second blasts, mixing it with a fork in between blasts. and let it sit for a bit at the end while it's still a little runny otherwise it ends up very rubbery.
just as a postscript, be careful to whisk it well and follow the above posters' advice...I only say that cos it was reported that a woman tried to poach (not scramble) an egg in the microwave recently and when she took it out, it exploded in her eye and permanently blinded that eye...that story really freaked me out and I presume it was true and not an urban myth
2 eggs, beaten up with a milk and a wee knob of butter, some pepper and a little grated cheese. Cook for a minute, give it a wee mix with a fork then another minute. Delicious. In fact, am going to go make some now. : D
