Having just spent a few gloriously sunny days in Weymouth, we discovered the delicious Dorset Apple Cake and though we gorged ourselves on it and managed to bring home a few slices, we wondered if there was anywhere in or around Basingstoke that, if not actually making it, sold it somewhere...yum, yum! Ta Muchly.

Make it, its not hard and my Mrs does it when I nag her enough. I dont have the recipe handy but it is pretty simple. I got my love of it from living in Dorset years back.
