Good recipes for making garlic bread please - not using butter or garlic butter - probably oil - as used in Italian restaurants

I fry garlic slowly so it does not burn, in rice bran oil which has no cholestral in it. then dip the bread in then put it into the oven till it is nice and crispy, or if in a hurry put it under the grill, and grill both sides.
