Hi Claybury.... I have no idea about freezing home made bread (it never lasts enough in my house for me to be able to even think about freezing it lol) but I don't see why not, so long as it is really well wrapped up to stop it drying out. As it will be a real product and not pumped full of preservatives etc, you would need to use it up quite quickly.... but why bother when you can have a new loaf of bread in just a few hours ?
PS If you are making the *bread mixes* available now in the supermarket, do them on the *fast* option (about 2 hours) rather than the full 4 (for white) or 5 hours (wholemeal breads). I have some *failsafe* bread recipes - simple, easy to use, never had a problem with, recipes for straightforward loaves of bread - just put up a Q!
