Not every day, but for some reason they seem to appear when i am sick and have stomach trouble cant understand that lol!!!!
is this a survey or a test? - Often as a bunny.
If I could get away with it, I'd eat the little devils every day ! I adore carrots... raw in chunks, grated, juiced up or simply steamed (esp good with cauli cheese and even better with a good nut roast and onion gravy.... ).. in other words.. plenty often !
Miss jugglering give me ure best nut roast recipe cos my service users love new and interesting recipes, must say some years ago a ex boss made a nut roast and it was disgusting she wasnt a vege but 2 of her family were!

Here juggler if thats ok?getting kinda uptight about how someone got information about me, thank you so much i do appreciate your recipe!!!
I eat them most days!!

I either baton them and put them into my stir fries or eat them sliced with a medley of vegetables.

In my lunch time salad, there is always grated carrot.
No probs, Puddicat...

4 oz cooked rice (brown or white, whatever you've got), rinsed and drained
4 oz chopped mixed nuts
4 oz soaked cracked wheat, drained

Pop the above into a large mixing bowl and add:-

1 medium onion, chopped
2 sticks celery, finely chopped
1 red or yellow pepper, finely chopped
4 oz button mushrooms, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 can cooked pulses (eg chickpeas or borlotti beans, rinsed and drained)
1 large egg (I use free range), beaten
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper (enough to season the rice and cracked wheat)

Mix everything up really well, and pour into a greased oven proof pyrex dish, press down well and bake for about 35 mins at 200 deg C, gas mark 6. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving up with roasties, onion gravy, veg etc... You can freeze this in portions as well. I have known carnivorous mates adore this nut roast and not even complain that there was no meat in their Sunday dinner lol....

PS These ingredients are not fixed - if you don't like say celery, just substitute chopped courgette for example.
Never - they are the food of the devil!!!
Most days ..lovely in pasta salad ..stir fry ..
the list is endless ..even better out of
the garden .
