Hi hun

it was delicious, the boys enjoyed it too & they're not keen on carrot cake.
It was difficult to turn out even though I'd buttered & floured the tins - ended up in a partial heap but hey, it went down a treat!
Any tips?

Hi hun....it always sticks for me too!!.....try lining with grease-proof,or-use a loose bottomed tin and slide a knife under it.......either that or just scoop straight from tin to gob!!!!! xx
If you are going to be making lots of cakes, it might be worth investing in one of those silicone flexible cake tins... The Range had them in their sale last weekend (half price) and I've seen them in the kitchen department of the bigger Tesco's.

I have thought of getting a couple for work..
if you get them & try them for work pasta, then let me know what they're like.

I think next time they probably will end up in our gobs!!! lol
