I have just been given a dozen quails eggs and although they look very small and cute I have no idea what to do with them???? I obviously am not gonna fry or scramble them I have had them hard boiled in the past. But has anyone got any idea what I should do with them??? How long do I boil them for and then what should I eat them with??
The last recipie tips I had were fantastic from here so thanks to anyone who replies!!
Have a great day x x

Hard boiled an halved with avocado salad, including cherry toms, salad leaves, raw mushrooms and cold boiled new potatoes (good qualtiy ones). A sprinkling of chilli powder to your tatse makes a nice starter or side dish. A little lemon juice before the chilli powder also helps when serving with fish or mild curried dishes.

thanks very much mortartube sounds yummy, but am really confused by the link trade with me added???? Was a lovely poem but very confused all the same thanks for the advice will give that salad a go!
Or, for a traditional British dish, boil for five minutes, leave to cool and peel. Serve with celery salt on the side for dipping them into - seriously yummy! We always serve them like this with a Bloody Mary .... heaven!
