There are many different Italian breads - it depends which one you want to make. Foccacia is easy - if you've got a breadmaker, use the pizza dough recipe and once the dough is done, put it on an oiled baking sheet, flatten it out and pop some garlic, olives and herbs on top (push them into the dough), brush with olive oil and leave to rise in a warm place for about 20 mins. Then pop in the oven (Mk 6) for about 15 - 20 min.
