healthy foods

How healthy are the 'healthy foods' I see stocked up at supermarkets? You know, the sort of thing, M&S do a Count On Us... range, and Sainsbury's do a Be Good To Yourself. WIll they help me lose weight - and are they healthy?

The problem with some of the other ranges is that they may be *reduced-fat* versions of other food items but are still quite calorific or high in fat themselves. For example, one "healthy" version of hummus is still around 18% fat: much better than the full-fat version but it's still a high-fat product that's not going to get you shedding the pounds.
