Buffalo Wings

Has anyone had TGI fridays buffalo wings (well..chicken) Can anyone tell me if they know what the coating is and anyone found a similar one in the supermarket. Cheers!

am i right in thinking that TGI fridays do a Jack Daniels sauce?..i think its that

If they're the orangy-looking wings they are sauced with a habernero topping. Ingredients include minced haberneros, vinegar and a little salt & sugar.

Asda sell the fresh chicken buffalo wings if that helps.

Most buffalo wings recipes call for 50% hot sauce (Tobasco or Durkee's or similar) and 50% butter. Heat in microwave until butter is thoroughly melted, and stir. Cook your chicken wings as you normally would (I usually grill them), then soak them for a minute or two in your buffalo sauce.
