What were these sweets called

Going back to the 1960's they were around quarter of inch thick, 2 inches long, soft brown.

They came back in the 80's but were alot smaller

No, ive not seen this sweet out since they briefly returned in the 80's but it was in the 60's i seen the most
Oh I think I know the ones you mean china. I was a child of the 60's!! Like squidgy brown pennies?

Sorry - can't remember what they were called though!
