In Spain and Latin america, where the beer comes from its called Coronita but when i went to the UK its Corona, why the subtle change of name?

Is it possible that gringos cant pronounce coronita?
They are the same beer ? Isn't Coronita "little crown", are they the same strength ?

Thats right but apart from the name they are the same
My wife works for Corona in the US. A Coronita is a small bottle (7 oz) vs a Corona (12 oz). It's all the same liquid inside!
