Lamb roganjhosh, beef madras, chicken jalfrezi or chicken dopiaza.

I love curries too, and everything that goes with it. Well anything that has chillis in it really.

God I'm hungry.

hi nat think i will cook one!!!
I have a local curry house that is just amazing. I love a Lamb Rogan Josh with a bit of kick to it, with Peshwari Naan and some somosa's and bhaji's. Poppadoms and pickles to start and a few pints of Cobra to wash it down with, you make me want curry!!
Its dayglo down here and I don't care!
Kormas and tikka masalas are vile sugary British fabrications. Curries need to be HOT, ultra-HOT, vindaloo and far beyond, 2 chopped Dorset Nagas per large pan (and the next day off work)_
I bet wiffey has just stopped whatever he's doing and sat bolt upright...

I too adore curries - I was taught how to cook them by a lad from Pakistan who lodged with me some 25 years ago.... wow, he could really cook - all from fresh ingredients (there weren't that many jars or sauces around then). My favourites are mushroom and potato curry, chick pea curry, lentil dahl, cauliflower curry, stuffed okra, parathas and chapattis..... Doh... I was going to have asparagus quiche for dinner, looks like a curry is on the way instead !!!
