Have just found my newly purchased M&S 'King Prawn Risotto with Soave wine & Baby Spinach' is "microwave only". Is there any safe way of cooking this in an oven, and what temperature would you advise.

its means microwave only for a reason, if i offer up a temperature u have to take a risk that it will not be cooked!!!
If its in a plastic container don't put it in the oven, but surely you know that.

Why don't you want to cook it in the microwave, or haven't you got one?
If it is a microwave meal then it is already cooked. If you put it in the oven for long to make sure it is "piping hot" then you will be fine.

Well, 'sod_the_m25', the packaging says "product contains raw shellfish and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions', so what's the best thing to do with the raw prawns?
My apologies then.

But you'll still be safe bringing it to piping heat in the oven. Prawns cook very quickly. It sounds like a tasty meal, King Prawns with spinach.
Blind leading the blind?
I wouldnt attempt to cook that in an ordinary oven, unless you defrost it fully, take it out of the m/wave container and then steam it, making sure its thoroughly heated through.
