Tricky one!! Turkey eggs are seen to be worth more hatched than they are boiled for breakfast. The only way you could get hold of them is to go direct to the farmer and ask but unless you are on good terms with him you could find yourself paying the price that the egg would have realised had it been allowed to hatch and fatten up!!! Turkey eggs taste almost the same as chicken eggs so it seems an awful lot of bother for roughly the same result!!!
