Chicken thighs

Hey everyone, I'm cooking dinner for my family tonight and have decided to use chicken thighs. What is the best way of cooking them? I usually use chicken breast, so this is something new for me lol! Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks :-)

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.take off the skin and light fry to seal, add veg i.e.onion, mushrooms, sliced peppers 3 different ones to add colour, thin sliced longwise carrots, maybe courgettes etc if you like, add some chicken stock [ Knorr chicken stock in the small round tin is ideal] then pour over a jar of Lemon and ginger sauceor sweet & sour sauce, put tin foil over the dish for about 1 hour in the oven and then remove foil to brown off the food, serve with rice.
much nicer than chicken breasts that can get very dry.
